Processing purposes and legal basis:

Data processing is carried out for the purpose of contract initiation, contract implementation and contract execution. The processing of your data is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract according to Art. 6 para. 1 letter b DS-GVO.

We process the following categories of data that we have received from them ourselves:

  • Salutation, first name, last name,
  • a valid e-mail address,
  • address,
  • telephone number (landline and/or mobile)
  • If necessary, other data that are required for the execution of the contract.

 

Recipients:

Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties.

 

Duration of storage: 

After termination of the contractual relationship, the data will be stored for 10 years in accordance with Article 6 (1) p. 1 lit. c DSGVO due to tax and commercial law retention and documentation obligations (from HGB or AO).

 

Rights of the data subject:

You have the following rights according to Art. 15 to 22 DS-GVO if the legal requirements are met: right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, to data portability. In addition, you have the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) DS-GVO pursuant to Art. 14 (2) (c) in conjunction with Art. 21 DS-GVO.

 

Right of appeal to the supervisory authority:

Pursuant to Art. 77 DS-GVO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not lawful.
